The Old Witch sits beside the Reaper during the town meeting. Nothing else is known about her except that she is most likely based on the Witch from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, even holding an apple, presumed to be poisonous.

The Old Witch has a very elderly looking appearance. She has pale green skin, a jotting chin and nose, large eyes with dark rings around them, brownish hair, and a large black cloak. She carries a red object, assumably an apple.
