The Mummy is a citzen of Halloween Town. Being fully wrapped in white cloth, the only visible part of him/her is one eyeball. He/she is friends with the corpse kid and the winged demon.
It is possible that he/she is a cyclops mummy, due to he/she having only one eye.
He/she has also been shown as being something of an assistant to the Mayor, sounding the alarm when Jack goes missing and other such duties.
